INET, Wonderly, and Matic Join Forces to Strengthen Argentina’s Technical Education
The new Federal Distributed Knowledge Program promotes the development of key competencies for the AI era among young people.
Argentina – May 22, 2025 – The National Institute of Technological Education (INET) announced the launch of the Federal Distributed Knowledge Program, an initiative aimed at strengthening digital competencies in technical education across the country. The program is being developed in partnership with Wonderly, a leading educational platform in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, and thanks to the coordination of Matic, the organization that facilitated the integration of this experience at the federal level.
Scope and Strategic Content
In its first phase, the initiative will reach more than 760 high school students from technical schools across seven provinces. During the pilot, students will receive structured, high-quality training in key areas such as programming, computational thinking, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital design. The goal is to develop the technological skills needed to lead in the age of AI.
This launch represents a key step toward integrating programming and AI into Argentina’s technical education curriculum, preparing young people to lead in a world of constant technological transformation.
Voices of the Partner Organizations
“We are convinced that this pilot will mark a turning point in Argentina’s technical education. The partnership with INET and the coordination of Matic allow us to pave the way for high-quality, scalable, and accessible training for thousands of students,” said Leandro Finol, Co-Founder & CEO of Wonderly.
For its part, INET emphasized that this pilot aligns with the mission of the Federal Distributed Knowledge Program, which seeks to ensure access to strategic knowledge for the AI era among young people throughout Argentina.
Ariel Lehmann, Executive Director of Matic, highlighted the importance of public–private collaboration:
“Our role has been key in mobilizing the resources and technical expertise needed to make this pilot a reality. Seeing AI and programming reach technical schools is the driving force behind true educational and productive transformation in the country.”
