Wonderly Participates in IFE Conference 2026
February 2026
Wonderly, an international educational platform specializing in computer science and artificial intelligence, participated in the IFE Conference.
Representing Wonderly, Diego Canelas, co-founder of the company, joined the panel “Aligning Growth with Learning Outcomes”, where he presented Wonderly’s experience as one of the EdTech startups selected as winners of the WISE EdTech Accelerator.
The event brought together academic leaders, researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors from Latin America and around the world to reflect on how technology—and especially artificial intelligence—can drive measurable, equitable, and scalable learning outcomes.
During the panel, key challenges facing the EdTech ecosystem were discussed, including:
- how to balance financial sustainability with real educational impact,
- the role of investment in scaling solutions aligned with national education systems, and
- strategies for integrating AI into diverse cultural contexts without losing pedagogical focus.

“At Wonderly, we believe that scaling education cannot be separated from real learning impact. Being selected by WISE and sharing this space at Tec de Monterrey allows us to demonstrate that it is possible to grow with evidence, with ethics, and with a strong focus on equity,” said Diego Canelas.
The IFE Conference program also included sessions on EdTech financing and impact evaluation, the use of AI by educators, higher education’s response to technological disruption, and the convergence of arts, creativity, and emerging technologies in curricula. Activities were conducted in both English and Spanish, fostering global knowledge exchange and interinstitutional collaboration.
Wonderly’s participation in this panel further strengthens its positioning as an internationally recognized educational solution, distinguished by its pedagogical approach, commitment to learning evidence, and ability to adapt to diverse educational contexts.
